GalleryPNGs is run by a small team, and the quickest way to reach us about
anything on the site is by email. Write to
support@gallerypng.com and we will
normally reply within two to three working days.
Request a PNG
If you need a transparent PNG we do not have yet, tell us what you are looking
for and roughly how you plan to use it. We add requested images regularly, and
a specific description – the subject, the colour, whether you need it portrait or
landscape – helps far more than a one word request.
Report a copyright problem
If an image on this site belongs to you and should not be here, we will take
it down. Send the details listed on our DMCA
page and we remove disputed files within three to five working days. You do
not need a lawyer to ask us to remove something – a clear message with proof of
ownership is enough.
A download is not working
Send us the address of the page and tell us which browser and device you were
using. Most download problems turn out to be a single broken file rather than a
site-wide fault, and knowing the exact page lets us fix it the same day.
Wrong image on a page
If a page shows a picture that does not match what the title promises, please
tell us. We would rather remove a page than leave a misleading one up, and
reports like this are genuinely useful to us.
Business and advertising
For advertising, partnerships or any other business enquiry, use the same
address and put the subject in the first line of your message so it reaches the
right person quickly.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot grant commercial rights to artwork we did not create. Please check
our licence page before using an
image commercially. - We cannot provide design services or edit images to order.
- We do not have a phone line – email is the only way to reach us, and it is
the fastest.
