This Texture Png has been cut out cleanly, leaving only the artwork itself and transparent pixels around it. The palette is mainly cream — worth matching one of those to an accent colour elsewhere in your design. At 1280 x 1280 pixels it holds up for print as well as screen use.

Design tips
Scale the element to a size where the fine detail is still visible; shrinking it too far turns it to mush. Pair ornate decoration with a plain typeface — two decorative elements fight each other.
